self-employed person seeking one bedroom flat accepting housing benefit (Brighton)
Im a self-employed freelance sound engineer trying to get myself established in the Brighton area. As Im just getting started I claim working tax credit which also entitles me to claim housing benefit so Im looking for an unfurnished or relatively unfurnished one bedroom flat for no more than £550 a month. Im clean and reliable and can provide reference from my current landlord of two years trouble-free tenancy the only reason Im being made homeless is because the property Im living in is being converted into smaller flats. Can anyone help?
